Meet the Leadership team

Meet Amanda and Bryn. Bryn is a little bit country, Amanda is a little bit rock and roll.


Amanda graduated from the University of Lethbridge in 2013 with a Masters of Education in Counselling Psychology and in 2010 with a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Addictions Counselling.  She is a registered member of the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors; designating her as a registered clinical counsellor.  She works within a trauma-informed transpersonal framework and specializes in addictions recovery, notably process addictions, such as eating disorders, and sexual addiction. Gary Tzu, Marcia Rich, Steven Thibodeau, Claudia Black, John Bradshaw, Pia Melody, and Patrick Carnes are a few of the influential leaders she is honoured to have been educated by.


Bryn is a Counsellor based out of Victoria BC, Canada. Bryn's approach is Humanistic and Person Centered and she believes in fostering a sense of capability with her clients. Bryn holds the belief that when we have an understanding of what is getting in our way we can find the solution and the path towards connection, joy, and a new sense of belonging. Bryn specializes in treating addiction disorders, eating disorders and issues around shame, perfectionism and self-worth. Bryn regularly gives talks in schools, workplaces and has been a contributing guest on local radio stations as well as several episodes of A&E's television program Intervention.

Bryn is a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator.
